Strength profiling can determine if an athlete is strength dominant or speed dominant. Using the force-velocity relationship measured via linear position transducers an athlete can inform their strength training programme and identify areas that need attention. Velocity based training can also track progress, monitor fatigue levels and identify accurate percentages of a 1 rep. max to train power and speed development.
